All A&T courses should have a syllabus created using the university syllabus template. The required template is attached to this tutorial and instructions for adding each syllabus to Digital Measures is included below:
- First, log into Digital Measures.
(For more information on logging into Digital Measures, visit: https://ospie.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/2100026235-logging-into-digital-measures.) - Click on "Manage Activities" (top left). This should be selected by default.
- Now click on: "Teaching & Advising > 12) Scheduled Teaching."
- This section shows all the courses that a faculty taught in the previous semesters and the courses that a faculty is teaching this semester.
- Select and click on the course that you want to add the syllabus to.
- Scroll all the way down on the page to see "Upload Syllabus for this course", then upload the course syllabus there.
- Click "Save" in the upper right of the screen.
- To add additional course syllabuses, repeat the process by starting at step #5.
