How do I verify activities that I did not add (direct upload) to Digital Measures?

  1. Log in to Digital Measures -- To access Digital Measures, login at: https://www.digitalmeasures.com/login/ncat/faculty with your OneID.
  2. Click on "Manage Activities" (top left)
  3. Click on "12: Scheduled Teaching" and check if the information in the fields with a 'lock' symbol are accurate. If not, please note down the details to add to the survey below.
  4. Click on "16: Contracts, Grants and sponsored Research" and check if the information in the fields with a "lock" symbol is accurate. If not, please note down the details to add to the survey below.


How do I verify that copies of my performance evaluations are added to Digital Measures?

  1. Log in to Digital Measures
  2. Click on "Manage Activities" (top left)
  3. Click on "1A: Chair Evaluation (permanent faculty)" and check if a copy of your performance evaluations for previous years have been added.
