Checking the Status of a Support Ticket

To check the status of a support ticket you have submitted, please follow the instructions below:
- In the top right corner, click "Login"
- Enter your login email and password for the Freshdesk system
Once logged in, you should be able to view the status of your current and past support tickets by either clicking on the "Tickets" tab or the "Check ticket status" on the customer portal page. You can view correspondence for all of your past tickets in this area.
