There are several ways to get support from the Office of Strategic Planning and Institutional Research. Certain portions of the support portal require you to have an account and log in to the system. 


Creating an Account


NC A&T Users:

If you have a OneID, there is no need to create a new account. Simply click the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the support portal, or create a new support ticket by clicking on the "New Support Ticket" link on the gold bar located on the support portal homepage.


External Users:

You can create an account in one of two ways:

  1. by clicking the "Login" link in the upper right of the screen, OR 
  2. when you create a new support ticket, an account will be created for you - all you have to do is activate the account and create a login password. When you submit a new support ticket for the first time, you will receive an email telling you how to activate your account. To create a new support ticket, click on the "New Support Ticket" link on the gold bar located on the support portal homepage.


Services available through the portal: 

Requests:

If you are logged into the portal, a variety of services are available to you within the system. Once you're logged in, you can submit a support ticket, see progress on your requests, and view past requests you may have submitted. 


Communication:

Once you have submitted a support ticket, we send regular updates and communicate with you directly via this request system. Whenever your ticket is updated you should receive an email notification. After your request ticket is closed, you will receive an email with a brief satisfaction survey asking how our team performed. Please take a moment to let us know how you felt about our service and any ways you think we can improve.
